Our Fabrication Team processes raw materials to create necessary parts for daily electromechanical projects.
As a Fabrication Supervisor you will:
• Have experience managing a team of; Machine Operators, Material Handlers, and other members of a successful fabrication operation.
• Have experience reviewing production schedules to estimate necessary man-hours and uptime of various machines, making suggestions and changes when necessary.
• Have experience analyzing work orders, bills of materials, and blueprints to determine information relating to materials to be used, types of operations, and sequences of operations required.
• Have experience relaying and enforcing company policies and safety regulations to workers ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and Company policies (PPE, general safe practices, required safety training).
• Have experience reviewing forecasted production schedules and historical production records to suggest updates to all necessary stakeholders.
• Have experience managing time cards, performance, productivity, and accuracy of a team of 20+ employees.
• Have experience working working with brake presses, copper punches, CNC Punch Presses, Fiber Laser machines, and other machines required for a successful fabrication operations.
A successful candidate for this role will:
• Have a High School diploma or GED with one year certificate from a technical school or 3-4 years of related experience.
• Have experience working in a manufacturing facility, with a general understanding of general safe practices.
